Hardcopy - Typical Order Time
Orders are typically filled and shipped within 2-4 days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery. If you placed your order in the last two weeks feel free to send us a note, but rest assured your order is either in the queue or in the mail. If you placed your order more than two weeks ago please contact us by email and give us your name, the address you specified in your order and the contents of your order. We will get back to you within one business day.

Softcopy - Downloadable PDF
If you experienced a problem with your download and are not able to access your account to re-download your order, please contact us by email immediately. Please provide your name, your order date and the contents of your order. We will get back to you within one business day.

Retail Purchase
If you purchased your Pantheon Press, LLC products from a retail store, please contact that store regarding any issues with your purchase.
