We ran our Gen-Con one shot for a friend's group up in New Haven this weekend. It was a blast and they really liked the game and system a lot.
Here are some pics of the day.
We have sent out our gaming store promotional copies (except a few to Canada - which I will try to ship out in the coming weeks) and are hopeful that their patrons will enjoy a new world to adventure in for their D and D 3.5 campaigns.
Next down the pike will be a free to download Pathfinder RPG compatibility document! We are inspired by Paizo and their dedication to the 3.5 fans in creating this new and improved rules set that advances the 3.5 mechanics without wiping the slate clean and invalidating our D and D 3.5 gaming bookshelves.
So once we dot the i's and cross the t's of the Pathfinder RPG compatibility license we'll post it up and include it as a hardcopy insert on all future order fulfillment for Nobis books.
Thanks for being a fan!
Note! Some copies of the "Nobis: The City States" book went out with some errant binding glue on the back cover that may affect the last page of the book. If you received one of these email us at [email protected] and we'll ship replacements to you free of charge
All customer orders for Nobis books placed between June 1st and August 17th are now filled. Hardcopies ordered are at the post office as we speak ready to be delivered to your home and be played and loved forever.
Next to be sent out are the promotional copies for all the gaming stores we contacted.
They're a comin'!!
Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or problems with any orders or if you have questions in general.
We had a great time and met some awesome people and hopefully spread our name around a little.

Tragic News
August 10th, 2009
Last week, Pantheon Press lost its president and founding member, Jason Amsler, to an unexpected tragedy. This, combined with a miscommunication with our printer and our involvement in GenCon, means that we will be shipping the copies of our books to you much later than we had hoped (likely in mid September). Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time, and we hope that you will be interested in doing business with us in the near future. Jason Amsler was a great friend and colleague and we will be continuing with Pantheon Press and putting more material out for the world he helped to create in the near future.
In the meantime, if you happen to be attending GenCon, if you’d like to meet us, please contact me during the con by email ([email protected]) or leave me a message at 1-800-522-6695 ext. 2612. We are running Nobis games on Friday and Saturday, and we’ll be hanging out with our fellow gamers all weekend long. We’d love to hear from you.
